The Lewes Urgent Treatment Centre has now been open for just over 12 months. The extensive refurbishment and rebuild was given substantial funding by the Friends of Lewes Victoria Hospital and now provides services supported by GPs from Foundry Healthcare Lewes and Emergency Nurse Practitioners. So far over its first year the unit has seen 7,200 patients.
